Ella is a modern time Buddha! She transformed her own ego to release itself of it’s “ duty “. There are no more lessons on her path. Even Buddha could not do THE EGO RELEASE, but she can.
SHE IS MATRIX-BASED. SHE IS NOT AN EGO-BASED SPIRITUAL STRUCTURE!

Ella is a quantum scientist with the interest in the qualitative happiness research related to transpersonal ego. She is also an Alumni of Integrative Medicine Fellowship founded by Dr. Andrew Weil

Janice Means
Janice has a BA in Mathematics as well as an MBA in Business Administration.
Before working with Ella, Janice spent time studying comparative religions and spirituality in a number of forms. Janice spent 10 years studying native American Medicine Man/Woman traditions. She also studied Reiki, Access Consciousness, Avatar, and more.
Janice has a super gifted and quantum-based personality. She knows quantum based on her own experience working with her own Happiness Matrix. Happiness Matrix is no longer a taboo for seekers. Thanks to Ella Arbit’s pioneering work in that field.
